DESCRIPTION

The following Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the giveaway contest, promoted by Monte Uwalo Clothing, hereinafter referred to as “Uwalo.” This contest will take place on Uwalo's Instagram page (@uwalo_) https://www.instagram.com/uwalo_, from 12:00 AM on JANUARY 27, 2025, to 11:59 AM on JANUARY 31, 2025, aimed at promoting and publicizing the brands and creating engagement with their fan communities. All entries submitted after the contest ends will not be counted.

By entering this contest, the participant implicitly agrees to these Terms and Conditions and accepts to fully and unreservedly comply with them.

The contest is open to all individuals, aged 18 (eighteen) years or older.

MECHANICS

To participate in this contest, participants must:

a) “Follow” the Instagram profile @uwalo_; and

b) Tag two friends in the comments of the contest post;

c) Like the contest post; and

d) Save the post.

Each participant may enter more than once in this contest; however, the prize will only be awarded to one person. Subsequent entries from the same participants must not be repetitive and will only be considered valid and accepted if they comply with these regulations.

Winners will be announced on January 31, 2025, on Uwalo's Instagram page, through a comment on the post related to this contest.

PRIZES

The winner receives:

1 Sweatshirt, Medium, Black

1 T-shirt, Large, White

SELECTION AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES

All entries that, during the course of this contest, simultaneously and fully meet all the requirements established in these regulations will be randomly drawn on the Simpliers platform (https://simpliers.com/pt). The first selected by the platform will be considered the contest winner.

Uwalo's decision regarding this contest is final and not subject to appeal, a fact that is considered previously clarified to all participants and accepted by them.

Winner will be announced on Uwalo's Instagram page. Winner must send their personal data via private message: Citizen Card number, full name, address, and phone contact, to claim the prize and collect it. The prize claim must be made within two days of the announcement of the winners.

Participants declare and guarantee, automatically and without reservation, that:

• They expressly authorize the publication, reproduction, and release, in any medium, of the other elements submitted to the contest, for the purpose of qualifying for the prize;

• They unconditionally transfer to Uwalo all rights to use the texts submitted to the contest.

DISQUALIFICATION FACTORS

5.1. Uwalo reserves the right to eliminate any entry identified as having been plagiarized from any other source or that uses inappropriate language or graphics.

5.2. Uwalo reserves the right to eliminate any participant who is using means not permitted by the regulations, such as, for example:

Participation in the contest using false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration data; Use of software programs or any other technical tricks (commonly referred to as “hacking” or “cheating”).

• Uwalo is not responsible for the inability to contact due to incorrect data.

GENERAL

Entries aimed at pursuing purposes contrary to the law or in which participants adopt behaviors likely to cause harm or infringe any third-party rights are prohibited.

Nevertheless, Uwalo reserves the right to deny or exclude any entry at any time if it suspects a breach of these regulations.

By participating, participants implicitly authorize Uwalo to disclose, publish, or use the data obtained in the context of the contest, irrevocably and free of charge, in any form it deems appropriate, with the understanding that such use, publication, or reproduction will not result in any payment to participants by Uwalo or any other entity.

Uwalo cannot be held responsible for any unlawful acts carried out by participants, any other parties, or third parties, either during the contest or after its conclusion.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are the legitimate holders of the copyright on the entries covered by this contest.

Uwalo will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or harm suffered by any participant in the contest.

Uwalo does not take responsibility for verifying the authenticity of Instagram profiles; that responsibility lies with Instagram management.

Uwalo is not responsible for any computer errors that prevent validation of participation in this contest.

Uwalo reserves the right to terminate, change, shorten, delay, or extend the contest at any time if any illegal or fraudulent activity occurs, or any external fact beyond the organization’s control affects the proper functioning of this contest, in which case participants will not be entitled to any compensation.

Uwalo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Uwalo reserves the right to resort to legal and/or commercial means it deems appropriate if it detects any fraudulent or offensive action during or after the contest.

Participation in the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these regulations.

In the event of any omissions in these regulations, they will be resolved by Uwalo, and there will be no appeal against its decisions.
